Catering Terms and Agreements

Effective January 1, 2025

Terms of Agreement
  1. A deposit is required to secure your order and is non-refundable unless cancellation occurs least 7 days before the event.
    • Deposit: 50% of the total is due upon booking. Payment must be received before the order is confirmed.
    • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
  2. Any changes to the order must be made at least 72 hours before the event and may be subject to additional charges.
  3. The final payment must be made upon delivery. Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation of services.
  4. We are not responsible for food quality concerns after delivery due to improper storage or handling by the client.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective January 1, 2025

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.•

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No refunds will be issued after the food has been delivered.
